#### Returns

**Eligibility:**
- Items must be returned within 07 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

2. **Receive a Return Authorization:** Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. **Ship Your Item:** Pack the item(s) securely and include your RAN. Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or you received the wrong item.

**Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

#### Refunds

**Refund Process:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
